Splash Bash Rental
Bring family and friends to celebrate a special occasion or to just have fun at the Nash Recreation Center. Two room sizes are available to suit your needs. The Prairie Room is priced to accommodate 15 guests and the River Room to accommodate 25 guests, additional guests can be added for the daily facility rate.

River Room Splash Bash
The River Room Splash Bash is priced to accommodate up to 25 guests. The River Room has seating for 75-100 people.

Reservations are required at least 2 weeks in advance. When making a reservation, please have an approximate number attending for room set up. Set-up time of 15 minutes prior to the reservation time is allowed for decorating. Refunds will only be considered if notice is given 10 days in advance.

Special Party Rental Hours are available on the following days and times. Party attendees will be allowed to use the remainder of the facility.

Super Sports Party
Prairie Room & East Gym
The Super Sports Party will include setup for Volleyball, Pickleball, Dodgeball or Basketball! Let us know your sport of choice and we will setup the East Gym along with the Prairie Room for a 3-hour rental. The room allows for up to 25 guests.
Nerf Party
Prairie Room & East Gym
Bring your own Nerf branded guns and enjoy a Nerf Party! The party includes a 3-hour rental of the Prairie Room and one hour in the East Gym. The gym time will be in the middle of the party wit tumbling equipment setup as bunkers for the Nerf fight. The room allows for up to 25 guests.
Toddler Tumbling Party
River Room
Let us set up our tumbling equipment for your toddler and friends to play. This party package includes 3 hours in our River Room. We can setup tables and chairs for up to 25 guests along with the equipment.

The River Room has a capacity of 75-100 people. Tables and chairs are provided for events.

Gym (Half)
The Gymnasium features two full basketball courts. Each side must be reserved individually. Water only is allowed in the gym, no other food or drinks.

Private Rentals
Celebrate your event with the Nash Recreation Center pool or facility all to yourself! These parties occur after the facility has been closed to the general public and pass holders. This is a perfect location for youth group, sports teams or school after hours event. For more information or to make a private reservation, contact Dan at (815) 732-3101 or dan@oregonpark.org. Private rentals must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to verify staff scheduling availability.

FAQ’S – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All Reservations
Q: What can I use to decorate?
A: Registration can be completed in person at Nash Recreation Center, 304 S. 5th Street, Oregon, over the phone at 815-732-3101, or online.
Q: Are there limitations on food?
A: Food and beverages are allowed to be brought in but must contained to the room that is reserved (either Prairie Room or River Room). Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on our premises.
Q: How many chaperones must I provide?
A: We require at least one chaperone from your party for every twenty kids.
Splash Bash Pool Party Packages, Special Party Rentals & Room Rentals
Q: What is the rental set-up and take-down time?
A: Set-up time is allowed 15 minutes prior to the reservation time for decorating. Please note, if your reservation starts at the moment we open, set-up time is when the facility opens. Decorations must be taken down and removed within 15 minutes following your reservation time. If your reservation is to end when our facility closes, all decorations must be removed by the closure time.
Q: The Splash Bash Packages state a specific number of attendees, what do I need to do for additional guests?
A: The River Room Splash Bash Package is priced for 25 people and the Prairie Room Splash Bash Package is priced for 15 people. If additional guests are to attend, we need to know in advance to setup additional chairs and tables. Additional guests can attend for the daily facility fee. The Prairie Room can be setup for a maximum total of 25 people. The River Room can be setup for up to 100 people. You may pay for additional guests on the day of the event.
Q: Am I limited to the pool only for a Splash Bash?
A: You have access to the facility during the Splash Bash rental time including the basketball courts as long as open gym is available and there is not a scheduled activity.
Private Rental Reservations
Q: What is the decoration set-up and take-down time?
A: Private rental reservations must be decorated and taken down within the time frame of the reservation. No additional time is built into the reservation. If you would like time to decorate the room for your rental, please extend the rental time.
