OHS Summer Athletes Camp (Co-Ed)

Oregon High School Football and Boys Basketball teams will be hosting a Coed Athlete Camp for athletes entering 1st-5th grade this fall. The camp will consist of training and movements needed to become a better athlete. Focus will be on speed, agility, plyometrics, and strength through an assortment of different activities and games. There will be no camp the week of July 4th. All athletes will receive a Athlete Camp T-Shirt. Proceeds will go to support the OHS Football and Boys basketball programs.
